Automatically Collected: Device information, browser type, IP address, app usage data, and location data where relevant to pickup or delivery services.

We use your information to verify seller identity and ownership before listing an item, generate indicative valuations, conduct professional authentication, facilitate secure escrow-based transactions, arrange pickup and delivery logistics, send transactional communications, detect and prevent fraud, and improve our platform and pricing accuracy over time.

Aadhaar, PAN, or equivalent identity documents are collected solely to verify seller ownership and prevent fraud in high-value jewelry transactions.
